Celery Juice: The Simple Natural Juice Secret To Youthful Glow
The shifting landscape of skincare as you age often moves from persistent breakouts to the prevention of fine lines and wrinkles. Simple modifications to our daily intake, like reducing alcohol and sugar, can greatly influence skin health. In conjunction with a tailored skincare routine, these adjustments can yield impressive results. However, a beauty content creator has unveiled another secret weapon for radiantly glowing skin – a one-ingredient “miracle juice”.
Nadine, known on Instagram as @thenaturalnadine, is a beauty influencer lauded for her unique skincare hacks, non-toxic makeup suggestions, and cleansing techniques. Delving into her past encounters with adult acne, chronic eczema, and keratosis pilaris (rough patches of acne-like bumps), Nadine shares how she naturally remedied these issues without any reliance on botox or fillers. With more than 239,000 followers, Nadine’s advice is evidently respected by many hoping to mirror her timeless complexion. And her secret? Simple – celery juice.
In a recent video, she revealed her ultimate tip for age-reversal. The surprise wasn’t a unique skincare product or treatment, but celery juice. Nadine stated, “It stops the aging process dead in its tracks and forces it into retreat,” she continued, “Drink that potion and you’ll never grow even one day older. Don’t drink it and continue to watch yourself rot.”
She further clarified saying that celery juice can aid in combatting prematurely aging skin as it “removes toxins and pathogens that can prevent collagen production.” Collagen enhances skin elasticity, increases moisture, and encourages blood flow to the skin according to Cedars-Sinai. As our bodies slow collagen production with age, identifying natural methods to stimulate collagen is crucial.
Nadine’s “miracle juice”, she suggests, can help remedy “eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, acne, blemishes, and many other chronic or mystery symptoms you might have.” Additionally, celery is packed with vitamins C and A and “hydrates you at a cellular level.”
Kimberley Snyder, a celebrity nutritionist, in a 2018 Vogue article, also backed the benefits of celery juice stating, “Celery is 95 percent water…when it comes to skin, hydration is key.”
To achieve the best results, Snyder suggests downing 16 ounces of celery juice as you wake up, even before your morning coffee. If you’re blitzing it in a blender, make sure to strain the puree to remove any residual pulp.
There’s also a strong advocacy for celery juice among those dealing with persistent acne. There’s a user on Reddit who claimed, “celery juice healed my acne after having it for 15 years.” Another shared their experience saying, “I had a huge new flare of eczema in multiple spots…now it’s completely vanished and I’m still doing celery juice daily. It’s been 11 months now.”
Always directly consult your healthcare provider for any health-related queries and before making changes to your medication.

Celery juice won’t deliver the same amount of fiber since that will be left in the pulp—and fiber is a key nutrient that most of us don’t get enough of. Also, for the most part, eating your calories is more satisfying than drinking them.
