Our son has a Yoga studio in Pompano, FL. When we are there visiting, I sometimes participate in his Healing Yoga. It is so relaxing. There are types of yoga done within his studio, but they are too strenuous. I would LOVE to find a studio close to do the restorative practice. So good for the Body and Soul
